About the Course
A group course for a maximum of 6 candidates, which includes 3 x 2hr group sessions and a 1hr 1-1 private session with the instructor for every candidate. Therefore every candidate will get 7hrs tuition, with the course delivering 12hrs in total. The course can be run at either a beginner or intermedate level, which is stipluated when booking.
Weeks 1, 2 and 4 are for the 2hr group sessions and week 3 will be used for the 1-1 sessions. The 1-1 sessions enable the instructor to work on the specific goals of each candidate, in preparation for their final presentation of the course.
The three group sessions cover the three core course topics; the voice, the body and the mind. These include voice tools, understanding body language basics and how these two compliment each other. We end by looking at how our minds can help us overcome our fears. We'll also cover the basics of the art of communication, how to structure your content, knowing your audience and more.
By the end of the course, candidates will have expanded their knowledge and comfort zone, learnt many valuable tools like self-confidence, better anxiety management, tools not only valubale for speaking in public, but equally so for other life tasks.
